Cell-Parts Guarantee

We pride ourselves in what we produce. Cell-Parts Manufacturing Company guarantees the quality of all materials and workmanship. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your parts simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Terms and Policies

• New customers’ terms of payment are COD or prepay. Note that a cashier’s check is required for any new COD customer order of $500 or more until sufficient credit history is established.
• Any order for less than 1,000 pieces per part or any special orders for less than 5,000 pieces per part are subject to a $50 setup charge per item.
• $50 minimum for all U.S. orders; $100 minimum for all international orders.
• $10 surcharge will be applied to all orders below applicable minimum.
• Please allow a minimum 3-4 weeks lead time on ferrule assemblies.
• All returns must have prior approval from Cell-Parts Mfg. Co.. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Any shortages or discrepancies with any order must be claimed within 10 days of receipt.
• Short pays will not be accepted without prior approval. Please contact accounts receivable.
• A service charge of $40 will be charged each time a check is returned.
• A service charge of 2% per month will be charged on all past due invoices.
• No merchandise will be shipped on an open account if there is a past due amount.
• Shipping charges will be billed for all shipments, including returned or refused COD orders. This also includes charges incurred from a carrier due to incorrect address information.
• Shipment is via UPS unless otherwise requested.
